We have the best technology and talent to accomplish passivation of any size of the object as per the international quality standards requirements of the end user (ASTM, ASME, SAE, SEMI, and FDA). The cleaning is the first and foremost part of our process, wherein our team inspects and eliminates all types of impurities, including grease, oil, lubricants, forming compounds, cutting fluids, wax markings, metallic residue, etc. using SS wire brush, paint remover, soap or detergent and perform a check to ensure the component is free of impurities.
Followed by cleaning, passivation solution gets prepared (nitric acid or citric acid and chloride-free water less than 50 PPM) and thoroughly applied to the affected area of the metal surface. We kept this solution for around 20 to 40 minutes and wash out using jet spray water cleaning technology to ensure zero acid surface. We also perform a litmus taste to check the presence of the acid, if it is, we repeat the rinsing process and recheck the surface, until we get totally acid-free surface.
How It Works?
- We wash out all job with clean water then put DEGRADATION liquid on the full job for 10 minutes then we wash full jobWith clean water again.
- We put PASSIVATION CHEMICAL on the job for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes we wash it with clean water.
- We perform a manual check of all parts of the processed job and validate its quality and also perform FEROXIDE TESTE AND LIQUIS TESTE AND ANTI CORROSION TEST, if customer asks.
