The team firstly removes all impurities from the metal surface, e.g. oil, dust, adhesives, or any other using alkaline cleaner, solvent cleaner, ultrasonic cleaner, high-pressure cleaning, or any other mechanical or manual method, which solely depends upon the type of article need to be cleaned. Once the article is cleaned, we apply the nitric (HNO3) and hydrofluoric (HF) acids pickling liquor through spraying technology, whereas using other mixtures for any special application requirement.
We apply pickling paste on the areas like welds to thoroughly remove impurities from uneven surfaces. The entire operation executes under the strict observation of the quality control team in order to provide absolutely impeccable and uniform metal surface for your next venture.
How It Works?
- We wash out all job with clean water then put DEGRADATION liquid on the full job for 10 minutes then we wash full job With clean water again.
- In a second step, we put PICKLING GEL on the Welding joint of the job for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes we clean it with an SS wire brush and after that, we wash that welding joint with clean water.
- In the third step, we put PICKLING CHEMICAL on the job for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes we wash it with clean water.
- We perform a manual check of all parts of the processed job and validate its quality and also perform FEROXIDE TESTE AND LIQUIS TESTE AND ANTI CORROSION TEST, if customer asks.
